Regional Tours provide members with an excellent opportunity for knowledge exchange with peers at successful distillery doors in regional and urban locations. Places are strictly limited, and places are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Availability is as shown.
Please note: Each of the tours will be leaving from the Rydges Hotel, 601 Gregory Terrace, Bowen Hills, Brisbane, at approximately11am, to give delegates time to arrive into Brisbane that morning if desired. There is no self drive. You must pre-register. The tours will be to working distilleries, so you must wear closed toes shoes and appropriate clothing. Lunch will be provided at the distilleries. You will also be provided with tasting samples whilst you are there. If you want to purchase anything while you are there, the hosts have agreed that all conference delegates will be able to purchase at wholesale prices.

Founded by the skilled hands of Paul Comiskey and sons David and Robert, with over 50 years of construction prowess and a portfolio of iconic venues, this newly opened gem is set to redefine the spirit landscape. A founding father of Australian Brewing and spirits production, de Bavay's journey was marked by ground breaking discoveries, including Australia's first pure strain of wild yeast. His revolutionary process of distilling molasses for cordite played a pivotal role in Australian self-sufficiency during ammunition manufacturing.
